Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: 

We will send your package to the post office within 7 days of your order. You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow your package as it arrives to your order location. 

If you put the incorrect address on your order: NOTIFY US ASAP. We will not be responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address and are not liable to replace your package. 

If your order does not reach you within 30 days: NOTIFY US ASAP. We will assure that your package is on the way to you, and give you your tracking number personalized if it doesn't allow you to follow. 

If package does not get to you within 40 days: Send us an email (orphicbou@gmail.com) and we will refund your order and get you the products as promised.
